Sled Storm – PS1 Game

Sled Storm is a snowmobile racing game for the PlayStation 1. You race downhill and across snowbound courses against a field of rivals, using jumps and terrain to launch into mid-air tricks that reward you when landed cleanly. Boost plays a large part in how races unfold, and handling shifts noticeably between packed snow, ice and rough ground, so managing throttle and landings matters as much as taking the shortest line. Courses include ramps, shortcuts and hazards, and riders can trade knocks in close quarters. Progression unlocks further tracks and machines, with different snowmobiles offering trade-offs in speed and control. There are time and racing modes alongside the main championship structure, and a split-screen option for two players. It sits alongside the console’s other off-road and extreme sports racers.
