Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy – Xbox Game

Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy is a third-person action-adventure for the original Xbox drawing on Egyptian mythology. You alternate between two playable characters. Sphinx explores temples, towns and desert areas, battling enemies, solving puzzles and gathering magical artefacts as the main quest unfolds. The Mummy, a cursed prince, cannot fight and cannot die, so his chapters become stealth and puzzle sequences where you avoid guards, create distractions and use his strange physical state to slip through palace corridors. The two threads are linked, and what one character achieves often clears the path for the other. Exploration and collecting sit alongside light platforming and combat, and the visual style is stylised and cartoon-like rather than realistic. A story-led adventure for players who enjoy puzzle-heavy exploration over pure action.
