SpongeBob SquarePants Lights Camera Pants – PS2 Game

A party game framed as the making of a SpongeBob movie, where the cast auditions and shoots scenes. Instead of one continuous adventure it offers a set of short minigames, playable solo or with up to four people competing for the best performance. The events draw on familiar Bikini Bottom locations and characters, and each is simple enough to pick up in a few seconds, which suits passing the controller around. Working through the game unlocks more of the material for later sessions. Voice work and visual style follow the cartoon, and the film-production premise ties the separate events together with linking scenes. The PlayStation 2 release supports multiple controllers, so the emphasis falls on group play rather than lengthy single-player progression.
