SSX 3 – PS2 Game

SSX 3 is an arcade snowboarding game for the PlayStation 2. The action takes place on one large mountain split into connected peaks, and you can ride continuously from the top to the bottom, passing through open backcountry, race courses, and trick areas. Scoring comes from chaining grabs, spins, flips, and rail grinds, and successful tricks build boost that you spend on speed and bigger jumps. Alongside the main career-style progression, there are race and trick events, collectables hidden around the mountain, and shortcuts to find on the way down. You choose from a roster of riders with different stats, and money earned from events goes toward upgrades and gear. A licensed soundtrack plays through an in-game radio station with a DJ between tracks.
