Star Fox Guard – Wii U Game

Star Fox Guard is a base-defence game built around camera feeds. Your job is to protect facilities from waves of invading robots by watching a grid of security cameras on the television while using the Wii U GamePad to select a camera and fire on whatever comes into view. Enemies approach along multiple routes at once, so the challenge is deciding which feed to watch and when to switch, since anything you ignore keeps advancing toward the core. Some robots interfere with your cameras or distract you rather than attacking directly. Between stages you can rearrange where cameras point to cover the approaches you find most dangerous. The presentation ties into the Star Fox universe, with Slippy Toad’s family running the mining operation you defend.
