Street Fighter Anniversary – PS2 Game

Street Fighter Anniversary Collection on PlayStation 2 packages two Capcom arcade fighters on a single disc. Hyper Street Fighter II lets you pick characters from the different revisions of Street Fighter II, so a fighter using their Champion Edition properties can face another using their Super Turbo version, with the roster and stages of the classic series. Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike is the later, hand-animated entry built around parrying, in which precise forward taps deflect incoming attacks, along with super arts chosen before each match and a largely different cast led by newcomers alongside Ryu and Ken. Both games use six-button controls and best-of-three rounds, and each includes arcade, versus and training options. The disc also contains supplementary material relating to the series’ history.
