Super Smash TV – SNES Game

Super Smash TV puts you in a futuristic television game show where contestants fight for cash and prizes. It is a multidirectional shooter: one input moves your contestant, another fires independently, letting you back away while shooting into oncoming crowds. Enemies flood each room through doors on all sides, and clearing a room opens exits leading deeper into the studio, with bosses waiting at intervals. Power-ups include spread fire, missiles and grenades, while prizes and cash pile up on the floor for you to collect mid-fight. Two players can take part together on the same screen. The Super Nintendo version uses the shoulder and face buttons to handle aiming in eight directions. Rooms are tightly packed and enemy volume is high, so positioning and steady movement matter throughout.
