Super Spy Hunter – NES Game

Super Spy Hunter is a vehicular shooter for the NES in which you drive an armed car up a continuously scrolling road, shooting and ramming enemy vehicles that try to run you off course. Your car accelerates and brakes to change position within the scrolling view, and you collect power-ups that upgrade your weapons, adding stronger forward fire and additional attack options. Stages vary the setting and layout, and each ends with a large boss vehicle or machine that requires learning its attack pattern. Some sections shift the perspective or the vehicle’s form to change how you move and fight. Traffic and terrain hazards mean survival depends on weaving between enemies while keeping your weapon level high, since taking too much damage strips upgrades away.
