Syphon Filter – PS1 Game

Syphon Filter is a third-person action game in which you play as Gabe Logan, an agent pursuing a terrorist plot involving a deadly virus. Missions take you through city streets, subways, parks and industrial facilities, mixing gunfights with stealth, timed objectives and occasional environmental hazards. Gabe carries a loadout of firearms, explosives and gadgets, including a taser with unlimited use, and can crouch, roll and take cover behind scenery. A first-person aiming mode lets you target precisely, and enemies can be taken down quietly or in open combat depending on the situation. Objectives are relayed by radio during play and often change mid-mission. The story is delivered through cutscenes between levels, with a plot built around espionage, betrayal and biological weapons.
