Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 – Xbox Game

The Xbox release of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: Battle Nexus is a 3D beat ’em up drawing on the 2003 animated series, using cel-shaded character art and voices in the style of that show. You pick Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael or Michelangelo, each with a different weapon and attack set, and work through levels of Foot Soldiers, mutants and robotic enemies. Fighting relies on combos, grabs, aerial strikes and environmental hazards, while levels hide items and unlockable extras. Sections of the game take place in the Battle Nexus tournament, where the turtles face challengers in arena bouts. Cooperative play lets a second person join as another turtle, and the disc also includes a playable version of the original TMNT arcade beat ’em up.
