Worlds Scariest Police Chases – PS1 Game

World’s Scariest Police Chases is a driving game for the PlayStation in which you play as a police officer pursuing suspects through city streets and highways. Rather than simply racing, missions ask you to catch up with fleeing vehicles and bring them to a stop, using tactics such as ramming, PIT manoeuvres, roadblocks and spike strips, while limiting damage to your cruiser and to civilian traffic. Traffic, pedestrians and property damage all factor into how well you perform, so reckless driving can cost you as much as losing the suspect. The game is tied to the television series of the same name, and uses video presentation and radio-style chatter to frame the pursuits. Free-roaming patrol driving is included alongside the structured chase missions.
