Worms 3D – Gamecube Game

Worms 3D brings the turn-based artillery series into three dimensions on the GameCube. You still control a team of worms taking alternating turns, but movement and aiming now happen across fully 3D landscapes, so judging distance, elevation and angles becomes part of each shot. Familiar weapons return, including the bazooka, grenades, shotgun and airstrikes, alongside utility items such as the ninja rope and jetpack for reaching high ground. Wind affects projectiles, and terrain deforms as explosions tear holes in hills and structures. The game includes a single-player campaign of themed missions, training challenges to learn the aiming system, and multiplayer matches where players share the controller. Teams can be customised with names and voices, and the presentation keeps the series’ cartoon humour.
