X-Men vs. Street Fighter – Sega Saturn Game

X-Men vs. Street Fighter is a two-on-two tag-team fighting game that pits Capcom’s Street Fighter cast against Marvel’s X-Men. You pick two characters and swap between them mid-match, calling the partner in for assist attacks or tagging out to recover some damage. The system is fast and combo-heavy, with air combos, super jumps and multi-level super meters that can be spent on individual supers or team attacks that bring both fighters onto the screen at once. A round ends when both members of a team are knocked out, so managing your partner’s health is part of the strategy. The Saturn conversion runs the game’s large sprites and animation on the console, with arcade, versus and training options available for solo or head-to-head play.
