Yu-Gi-Oh Duelists of the Roses – PS2 Game

Duelists of the Roses places the Yu-Gi-Oh cast in a version of England’s War of the Roses, casting you as a duelist recruited to the conflict between the Red Rose and White Rose factions. Duels are not played by standard trading card game rules. Instead, cards are summoned onto a grid battlefield where each square has a terrain type, and monsters gain or lose strength depending on the ground they stand on. Moving monsters across the field, flipping squares to your favored terrain, and choosing when to attack or defend are the core decisions. Between battles you manage your deck and can acquire new cards. Character models and monsters are rendered in 3D, and the campaign branches as you choose which opponents to face.
