Conker’s Bad Fur Day is a 3D platformer for the Nintendo 64 starring Conker, a red squirrel trying to find his way home after a heavy night of drinking. The single-player campaign is split into themed chapters that mix running, jumping and combat with puzzle sections and frequent shifts in style, including vehicle sequences and shooting segments. Context-sensitive pads give Conker temporary abilities suited to each situation, such as a slingshot, anvil or frying pan. The game is built around adult humour, profanity and parodies of films and other games, and carries a mature rating. A separate multiplayer mode supports several players in competitive game types on split screen, including team-based deathmatch and objective rounds.
