Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D – Nintendo 3DS Game

A Nintendo 3DS conversion of Donkey Kong Country Returns, a side-scrolling platformer starring Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong. You run, jump, roll and pound the ground across jungle, beach, cave, factory and volcano worlds, collecting bananas, puzzle pieces and KONG letters. Diddy rides on Donkey Kong’s back and provides a hover jump with his barrel jetpack. Stages include mine cart rides, rocket barrel sequences and silhouetted set pieces, with barrel cannons launching you between platforms. Two players can play locally, one as each Kong. This version adds a New Mode with extra hearts and additional items in the shop, along with a set of new levels not present in the original release. Stereoscopic 3D emphasises the layered backgrounds and foreground action.
