Earthworm Jim – Sega Genesis

Earthworm Jim is a Sega Genesis platformer starring an ordinary worm launched into superhero chaos by a high-tech suit. Its offbeat 16-bit action mixes running, jumping, blaster combat, and surreal stage designs built around the series’ strange cartoon humor.

• Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. Authentic cartridge.
• Side-scrolling platform gameplay combines precision jumps, enemy dodging, and weapon-based action.
• Earthworm Jim uses his suit and blaster through bizarre environments filled with exaggerated creatures and hazards.
• The game’s “Eat Dirt!” attitude and absurd comedy helped give it a distinct identity among 16-bit platformers.
• Single-player adventure structure focused on level-by-level progression through themed action stages.

Developed by Shiny Entertainment, Earthworm Jim became the start of a franchise that later continued with Earthworm Jim 2. The Genesis release represents the original 16-bit version tied to the character’s debut era.
