Paperboy – Sega Genesis

Paperboy is a Sega Genesis 16-bit game that brings the arcade newspaper-delivery challenge to Tengen’s home console lineup. It stands out with its offbeat mix of bike-riding action, target throwing, neighborhood hazards, and score-focused route management.

• Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. Authentic cartridge.
• Arcade-style racing and action gameplay centers on steering a paperboy through a changing suburban route while delivering newspapers.
• Points come from landing papers on subscribers’ mailboxes and porches, while missed throws can cost customers.
• Nonsubscriber houses add a risk-reward scoring angle with breakable windows, lamps, and statues.
• Hazards include bad drivers, skateboarders, remote control cars, and other obstacles along the delivery route.
• The Training Course adds a BMX-style bonus round focused on aim and riding control after the main route.

This Genesis version adapts the Paperboy arcade hit into a 16-bit home format with the same neighborhood-delivery premise and bonus-course structure.
