King’s Bounty – Sega Genesis

King’s Bounty is a Sega Genesis fantasy strategy adventure game from Electronic Arts. The quest centers on recovering the lost Sceptre of Order by raising armies, exploring continents, and commanding fantasy troops in tactical battles.

• Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. Authentic cartridge.
• Choose from four hero classes: Barbarian, Sorceress, Knight, or Paladin, each with special powers tied to the campaign.
• Travel across four continents on horse, by ship, and on dragon’s wings while racing against an in-game time limit.
• Army-building includes orcs, trolls, demons, dragons, druids, knights, archmages, and other rival forces that can be united under strong leadership.
• Combat features 25 fantasy creatures, spellcasting, artifacts that improve skills, and terrain-based encounters.
• The playing field resets with each new game, giving the campaign a different layout across repeat playthroughs.

A password command save feature supports longer campaign progress on original Genesis hardware. King’s Bounty later served as a precursor to the Heroes of Might and Magic style of fantasy army management and map exploration.
