Phelios – Sega Genesis

Phelios is a Sega Genesis shoot ’em up video game from Namco with an Ancient Greece fantasy setting. The game follows Apollo as he rides Pegasus, battles mythological monsters, and searches for the Sword PHELIOS to rescue Artemis.

• Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. Authentic cartridge.
• Vertical shooter gameplay mixes airborne action with sword-based attacks and power-ups from the gods’ messengers.
• Features both Advanced and Novice modes for different challenge levels.
• Battle through 7 monster-infested levels spanning heaven, earth, and the underworld.
• Named mythological encounters include Medusa, Ladon the fire-breathing dragon, and Typhon, ruler of darkness.

The story centers on Apollo and Artemis rather than a standard sci-fi shooter setup, giving Phelios a distinct mythological identity within the Sega Genesis shooter library.
