• Classic side-scrolling platform gameplay sends Rayman through strange worlds filled with hazards, enemies, and precision jumping challenges.
• Features 70 surrealistic levels across a complex realm of bizarre environments and absurd characters.
• More than 50 characters appear throughout the adventure, including menacing opponents designed to react to the player’s style.
• Visuals use 65,000 colors and four independently scrolling backdrops for a distinct layered 2D look.
• Save support: Uses 2 blocks on a PlayStation Memory Card.

This release introduced Rayman as a PlayStation-era platform mascot before the series expanded into later sequels such as Rayman 2: The Great Escape.
