Congo’s Caper – Super Nintendo

Congo’s Caper is an action-adventure game for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It follows Congo, a monkey transformed into a half-human superkid after a magic ruby incident, on a rescue mission to save Congette from a demon kid.

• Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. Authentic cartridge.
• Side-scrolling action gameplay sends Congo through hazards, enemies, and platforming challenges across themed stages.
• The adventure moves beyond the jungle into ghost towns, pirate ships, ninja castles, and even the belly of a Tyrannosaurus.
• The story centers on an “evolution revolution” setup, with Congo’s transformation driving the game’s cartoon-style prehistoric premise.
• Part of the Joe & Mac theme family, with a playful caveman-era style connected to Data East’s broader prehistoric action lineup.

The game’s rescue plot and varied stage themes give it a distinct place among early-1990s Super Nintendo side-scrollers. Its Congo and Congette storyline separates it from the main Joe & Mac titles while keeping the same prehistoric comic-action flavor.
