If both sides of your Sony WH-1000XM6 headband are cracked, the metal swivel plate has pulled out of the ear cup, or the hinge has snapped, we replace the full headband assembly.
Fixing both sides as two separate repairs would cost $320. When both sides are damaged, we replace the whole headband assembly for $240 instead, which works out to 50% off the second side. We test the fit, folding, and sound before we send your headphones back.
Choose this repair if:
- The headband rings or sliders are cracked on both sides
- The metal swivel plate has pulled out of the ear cup
- The hinge has snapped near the headband
- The headband itself is cracked or broken
Only one side cracked? Choose the Cracked Headband Ring & Slider Repair for the left or right side ($160). Just loose? Choose our Loose Hinge Swivel Repair ($140). Not sure which one you have? Pick the closest match. We confirm when we inspect your headphones and always charge the cheaper repair if that’s all it needs.
