Altered Space – Gameboy Game

Altered Space is a Game Boy action-adventure played from an isometric viewpoint. You control an astronaut who has been captured and confined aboard an alien vessel, and your goal is to work your way out of it. Each area is a compact isometric room or maze that you cross by judging depth and jumping between platforms and gaps, which makes movement itself part of the challenge. Along the way you collect items and use them to open up routes and solve the obstacles blocking your escape, while avoiding the hazards and creatures that patrol the ship. The presentation is early monochrome Game Boy, and progress depends on learning each room’s layout through repetition rather than on fast reflexes alone.
