Batman Forever – Gameboy Game

Batman Forever on Game Boy is a side-scrolling action game tied to the Batman film of the same name. You move through Gotham City stages as Batman, punching and kicking your way past thugs, using gadgets and the grapple to reach higher platforms, and facing bosses drawn from the film’s story. Levels are built around working from one end of a stage to the other while dealing with waves of enemies and environmental hazards, with health carried between encounters. Presentation is in the Game Boy’s monochrome palette, with detailed sprite work for Batman’s animations and Gotham’s industrial backdrops. Controls are simple, using the limited button layout for attacks, jumps and equipment, and progress is measured stage by stage.
