Beauty and the Beast A Board Game Adventure – Gameboy Color Game

A Game Boy Color game based on Disney’s Beauty and the Beast that structures its play around a board game. You move a piece across spaces by chance and by choice, and the space you land on determines what happens next, including minigames, events and setbacks that send you backwards. The minigames are short, single-idea challenges using the film’s characters and locations, and completing them earns progress toward the goal of finishing the board. Presentation draws on the film’s cast and settings, rendered in colour sprites and simple backdrops. Turn-based pacing and short play sessions make it aimed at younger players, and multiple players can compete around the same board depending on the mode selected.
