3 Ninjas Kick Back – Sega Genesis Game

A side-scrolling action game for the Sega Genesis based on the 3 Ninjas film series, in which you control one of the young ninja brothers. Stages send you left to right through outdoor and interior environments, fighting off henchmen with punches, kicks and jumping attacks, and using throwing weapons picked up along the way. Platforming sections require timed jumps over gaps and hazards between fights, and bosses close out levels. You can switch between the brothers, who differ in their handling and attacks, so choosing a character shapes how you approach a stage. Enemies attack in waves and often come from both sides, making crowd control part of the challenge. Presentation uses cartoon-styled sprites and settings drawn from the film’s premise of ninja-trained kids taking on adult opponents.
