Activision Anthology – GBA Game

Activision Anthology on Game Boy Advance is a compilation of Activision’s Atari 2600-era games, brought to Nintendo’s handheld. The collection covers a spread of the company’s early titles across genres including shooting, driving, sports and maze action, each presented in its original single-screen, high-score-chasing form. Games are selected from a menu and play in short sessions, which suits the handheld format. The controls are simplified to the GBA’s buttons, and the emphasis is on beating your own scores rather than working through levels or campaigns. It is aimed at players interested in the earliest console generation, offering a set of games designed around immediate play and repeat attempts rather than long-form progression.
