Adidas Power Soccer – PS1 Game

Adidas Power Soccer is a football game for the PlayStation, presented in 3D with polygonal players and stadiums. Matches are played from a camera that follows the ball around the pitch, and the controls cover passing, shooting, tackling and sprinting, with dedicated inputs for more elaborate moves and tricks. You can play single matches or run through longer competition and tournament structures, choosing from international squads. Options let you adjust match length, weather and pitch conditions before kick-off, and multiplayer is supported for head-to-head games. The Adidas branding appears throughout the presentation, on kit and around the grounds. The overall feel sits closer to arcade football than strict simulation, with fast play and an emphasis on scoring rather than detailed team management.
