Adventures of Mighty Max – Sega Genesis Game

Adventures of Mighty Max is a side-scrolling action platformer for the Sega Genesis, based on the Mighty Max toy line. You play as Max, the cap-wearing boy from the series, making your way through themed stages populated by monsters and traps drawn from the toys’ horror-flavoured playsets. Play is built on jumping between platforms, avoiding hazards and dealing with enemies as you work toward the exit of each level, with items to pick up along the way. The look follows the cartoon and toy designs rather than aiming for realism, with monstrous creatures and lair-like environments. If you know the franchise from the toys or the animated series, the settings and characters will be familiar.
