Angry Birds Star Wars – Wii Game

Angry Birds Star Wars adapts the slingshot physics puzzle formula to a Star Wars setting for the Wii. You launch birds at structures built from wood, stone, glass and metal, aiming to topple them and clear out the pigs sheltering inside. The birds take on Star Wars roles, so instead of purely physical abilities you get powers such as a lightsaber slash, a blaster shot and Force-style pushing and pulling of objects mid-flight. Levels are grouped into chapters set in locations drawn from the films, with new bird types and hazards introduced as you progress. Each stage is scored, with stars awarded for efficient destruction, which encourages replaying levels for better results. The console release adds a multiplayer option so more than one player can take turns at the slingshot.
