Armored Core Nine Breaker – PS2 Game

A PlayStation 2 mech game that sets aside the usual story campaign in favour of combat training and arena fighting. You build an Armored Core in the garage from parts, then work through a series of structured exercises and challenges that test specific skills, along with ranked duels against opposing pilots and their machines. The emphasis is on learning how boosting, lock-on weapons, energy management and part selection interact, and on refining a build to clear tougher tests. Combat uses the same fast, hovering mech action as the rest of the series, with limited ammunition and drainable energy. Because there is no mission-based narrative, this entry is aimed squarely at players who want the customisation and duelling side of Armored Core.
