Barkley Shut Up and Jam – Sega Genesis Game

Barkley Shut Up and Jam is an arcade-style basketball game for the Sega Genesis featuring Charles Barkley. Games are played on outdoor half-courts with small teams rather than full five-on-five sides, and the rules are loosened for fast, streetball-flavoured play: exaggerated dunks, blocks and special moves take priority over simulation detail. You pick players and take on opposing squads in a series of matchups, with a limited playbook and simple controls for shooting, passing and stealing. Play is viewed from a side-on perspective that scrolls with the ball. Barkley appears as a selectable player and features prominently in the presentation. It is designed for short pick-up-and-play sessions and two-player games against a friend.
