Basewars – NES

Basewars is an NES baseball game from Ultra Games that mixes traditional diamond play with robot combat. Set in the 24th-century Cyber League, it turns pitching, hitting, fielding, and base running into a futuristic brawl between mechanical teams.

• Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. Authentic cartridge.
• Baseball gameplay includes pitching, batting, fielding, and base running with an added combat system for contested bases.
• One-on-one battle royales decide base possession, using robot fighters armed with weapons such as laser swords and fire guns.
• Players can choose and name teams, set robot rosters, and earn victory money for repairs and upgrades.
• Upgrade options include hyper engines, ultra shoulders, iron gloves, and other mechanical advantages.
• Pennant race play supports leagues up to 10 games, with saved stats for league ranking, home runs, ERAs, and battle victories.

The game’s World Domination Series gives its robot-baseball premise a full tournament-style goal beyond single exhibition matches.
