Batman

The Wii U release of Batman: Arkham City, a third-person action game set in a walled-off district of Gotham that has been turned into an open prison. You play as Batman, moving freely across rooftops with the grapnel and cape, taking on story missions and side cases involving the city’s criminals. Combat uses free-flow strikes, counters and gadgets, while predator sections ask you to clear rooms of armed enemies from vantage points and vents. Catwoman features in her own playable chapters. This version bundles previously separate downloadable content, adds armored suits for Batman and Catwoman with a chargeable damage-boost mode, and uses the Wii U GamePad screen for maps, gadget selection and item interaction.
