Bomberman Generation – Gamecube Game

Bomberman Generation pairs a 3D single-player adventure with the series’ traditional multiplayer battles. In the story mode you guide Bomberman through themed areas made up of self-contained arenas, clearing enemies, solving simple block and switch puzzles, and facing bosses that require pattern recognition and well-timed bomb placement. Along the way you collect Charaboms, creature companions that can be equipped to change Bomberman’s abilities, giving you different options for movement and attack depending on the situation. The battle mode returns to the classic formula: players share an enclosed grid, drop bombs, chase power-ups and try to trap each other in blast radiuses until one is left standing. Visually the game uses a bold cel-shaded style, and controls stay simple, with movement, bomb drops and item use handled by a few buttons.
