Bomberman – NES

Bomberman is an action-adventure game for the Nintendo Entertainment System centered on maze-based bomb placement and enemy evasion. The game follows Bomberman, a bomb-producing robot trying to escape an underground compound at the center of the Earth.

• Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. Authentic cartridge.
• Gameplay focuses on placing bombs to clear paths, defeat pursuing enemies, and navigate grid-like stages.
• Bomberman relies entirely on bombs of his own production for defense, making timing and positioning central to each screen.
• The story goal is reaching the surface, where escaping robots are said to become human.
• Enemy characters pursue Bomberman through maze layouts filled with breakable barriers and tight corridors.

This NES release helped establish the core Bomberman formula of strategic explosions, destructible maze spaces, and screen-by-screen survival. The same bomb-placement concept would later become the foundation for the broader Bomberman series across multiple systems.
