Choose one character with 5000 or less BP on your opponent’s front line and place it on the bottom of their deck. Your opponent plays up to one character card with 3 or less required energy from their hand set to resting onto their front line. [When Played] abilities on characters played with this ability do not activate. If “Aoi Todo” is on your field, draw a card.
