Buck Rogers Countdown to Doomsday – Sega Genesis Game

Buck Rogers: Countdown to Doomsday is a party-based science fiction role-playing game set in the Buck Rogers 25th century universe. You create a group of characters, choosing races and career skills, then take assignments that move you between planets, space stations and derelict ships across the solar system. Exploration uses a first-person view of corridors and locations, while combat switches to a top-down tactical grid where you position each party member, fire weapons and use skills in turn order. Character growth comes from improving skills rather than simply gaining levels, and equipment such as armour, guns and rocket packs shapes how fights play out. Space travel and ship-to-ship encounters also feature. Text-heavy briefings and conversations carry the story between missions.
