Capcom vs SNK – Sega Dreamcast Game

A 2D fighting game that puts characters from Capcom’s Street Fighter series against fighters drawn from SNK’s King of Fighters and related titles. Instead of picking a single fighter, you build a team using a ratio system: each character is assigned a point value, and you spend a fixed allowance on either several lower-ratio fighters or one heavyweight. You also choose between a Capcom groove and an SNK groove, which changes how your meter builds and what you can spend it on, so the same character plays differently depending on the system you select. Matches are one-on-one, with defeated fighters replaced by the next member of your team. Modes include arcade play, versus, and training on the Dreamcast release.
