Cars 2 – Wii Game

Cars 2: The Video Game for Wii draws on the film’s international spy plot and turns it into an arcade racer with combat. You choose from movie characters such as Lightning McQueen, Mater and Finn McMissile and compete on tracks based on locations from the film, using weapons, boost, jumps and stunt moves like driving backwards or on two wheels to fill a meter you spend on speed and attacks. Events include races, battle modes and objective-based challenges, framed as spy training exercises rather than a retelling of the movie’s story. Points earned from events unlock more characters, tracks and modes. The Wii release supports split-screen play for up to four players locally, and the handling stays deliberately loose, favouring drifts, shortcuts and contact with rivals over precise racing lines.
