Cars Mater-National Championship – Wii Game

Cars Mater-National Championship on Wii is a racing game built around the Pixar film’s characters, with Radiator Springs and its surrounding roads acting as a hub you drive through between events. Playing mainly as Lightning McQueen, you take on races, time trials and mini-games offered by characters you meet, including monster truck style events and returning activities such as tractor tipping. New racers visit the town for the championship and can be unlocked as you progress. Drifting and stunt driving build boost, so cornering aggressively feeds directly into your speed. Courses mix tarmac circuits with dirt tracks and off-road routes. The Wii version supports motion steering by holding the Wii Remote sideways as a wheel, and split-screen multiplayer is included for local play.
