Chakan – Sega Genesis

Chakan is an action-adventure game for the Sega Genesis starring the cursed Forever Man. Its gothic premise centers on a warrior condemned to wander until he can overcome the visions binding him to time.

• Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. Authentic cartridge.
• Side-scrolling combat uses Chakan’s double flaming swords and spinning attacks against supernatural enemies.
• Alchemy plays a major role, with 12 mystic alchemies used to open psychic passageways through time and space and create invisibility potions.
• Levels include punishing mazes filled with fire-breathing zombies.
• The adventure features underwater sections and a battle against the Dragonfly King in the Castle of Monsters.

The game’s identity is built around its dark fantasy setting, sword-based combat, and alchemy-driven progression. Chakan is tied to RAK Graphics, giving the Genesis release a distinct comic-inspired character origin within Sega’s 16-bit library.
