Chantey – ModRetro Chromatic

Sail into a pirate adventure where exploration, role-playing, and rhythm-based combat all share the same deck.

Chantey follows a stowaway aboard a Spanish merchant ship through a nonlinear world filled with pirates, mysterious sea chanteys, exploration, and a metal-inspired soundtrack.

The game combines top-down adventure and RPG exploration with battles driven by rhythm mechanics, giving its combat a very different feel from a traditional handheld role-playing game.
