Clay Fighter 63 1/3 – Nintendo 64 Game

ClayFighter 63 1/3 is a one-on-one fighting game for the Nintendo 64 with characters and backgrounds built from claymation-style models. The roster carries over series regulars such as Bad Mr. Frosty, Blob, Taffy and Bonker, joined by guest fighter Boogerman. Matches use standard fighting-game structure, with rounds, blocking, throws and special moves performed through directional inputs and button combinations, but the tone is comedic throughout: attacks stretch, squash and splatter the clay fighters, and announcers and characters keep up a steady stream of jokes. Stages are themed to individual fighters and animate in the background. Alongside single-player play against the computer, two players can face off head to head. The presentation relies on digitized clay artwork rather than polygonal models, giving the game a distinct look on the system.
