Darkwatch – PS2 Game

Darkwatch is a first-person shooter for the PlayStation 2 set in a supernatural version of the American West. You play Jericho Cross, an outlaw who robs a train carrying a vampire lord, is bitten in the process, and joins the Darkwatch organisation that hunts the undead. Combat mixes period weapons such as revolvers, rifles and dynamite with vampiric powers that let you leap further, slow time or unleash energy attacks. Levels move through desert towns, mines, forts and other frontier settings, and some sequences put you on horseback or behind mounted weapons. A morality system tracks whether you act on good or evil impulses at key story moments, which determines the abilities you unlock as you progress. The game includes a single-player campaign along with multiplayer modes.
