Dead or Alive Ultimate – Xbox Game

Dead or Alive Ultimate is a two-disc Xbox release collecting reworked versions of the series’ earlier fighting games. One disc holds a remade version of the original Dead or Alive, rebuilt with Xbox-era character models and stages, while the other contains an expanded version of Dead or Alive 2 with reworked visuals, extra costumes, and additional content. Both games use the series’ unarmed 3D combat, built on the interplay of strikes, throws, and holds, where a well-timed hold counters an incoming attack. Multi-tiered stages let fighters be knocked through barriers and off ledges into lower areas for extra damage. The Dead or Alive 2 disc supports online play over Xbox Live in addition to local versus matches.
