Die Hard Vendetta – Gamecube Game

Die Hard Vendetta is a first-person shooter for the GameCube in which you play as John McClane. You move through indoor and urban environments using a range of firearms, with a slow-motion mechanic that lets you line up shots on multiple enemies at once. Melee plays a part too: you can grab enemies at close range and use them as human shields or take them down by hand. Levels mix straightforward gunfights with objectives such as dealing with hostage situations, where shooting civilians is penalised. The game leans on cinematic presentation, with cutscenes and voiced dialogue between missions carrying the story between locations. Standard console shooter controls are used, with weapon pickups gathered from defeated enemies.
