Donald Duck Going Quackers – Gamecube Game

Donald Duck Going Quackers is a platformer starring Donald, who sets out to rescue Daisy after she is taken by the magician Merlock. Levels alternate between behind-the-back 3D running sections and stretches that lock the camera to the side for traditional two-dimensional platforming. Donald runs, jumps, climbs and uses a spin attack and a body slam to deal with enemies and break objects, and each stage hides collectibles that unlock extra content. Chase sequences appear throughout, with Donald fleeing or pursuing while dodging obstacles at speed. Worlds are themed around locations from the cartoons, each ending in a boss encounter. The presentation borrows heavily from the DuckTales-era look, with cartoon animation, voice work and slapstick timing. This GameCube version plays with a standard controller.
