Double Dragon – NES

Double Dragon is a beat ’em up game for the NES based on the arcade fighting hit. The game follows Billy Lee as he battles the Black Warriors gang after Marian is kidnapped by the mysterious Shadow Boss.

• Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. Authentic cartridge.
• Side-scrolling martial arts action built around punches, kicks, throws, and close-range street fighting.
• Billy fights through city slums, factories, wooded outskirts, and the gang hideout.
• Usable weapons include knives, whips, bats, rocks, oil drums, and dynamite.
• The story centers on twin brothers Billy and Jimmy Lee, with Jimmy tied directly to the final confrontation.
• Adapted from the coin-operated arcade version that was a major U.S. arcade hit in 1987.

The NES version brings the arcade brawler’s street-gang rescue story into a home console format. Its final Shadow Boss twist gives this version a memorable place in the Double Dragon series.
